Objective – To dance socially with Grace and Elegance. (Classes are not designed for competition or show dance training)

Class Design –

  1. Core drills to enhance dance pose, balance, strength and styling.
  2. A new intermediate dance sequence for each class. Each sequence becomes building blocks where students can put together in their social dancing. Each class is self contained, just like a complete sentence.
  3. Intermediate classes have the additional focus of individual styling and musicality.
  4. Drills of the sequence, with practical considerations for social dancing.
